🌿 Return & Refund Policy

At Tanya’s Art Boutique, every piece is a bespoke expression of soul, story, and intentional design. We honour your trust and take great care to ensure your art and décor arrive safely and beautifully. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🖼️ Framed Art & Canvas Prints

If your framed or canvas artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To begin your claim, email info@tanyasart.au with:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief Description of the Damage or Defect

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible due to courier insurance limitations.

Canvas dents may resolve naturally once hung. If persistent, we’ll guide you through gentle restoration steps or assess for replacement.

🪞 Other Art Décor & Boutique Products

This includes collector cards, cushions, mugs, poetic prints, and other soulful décor.

Change-of-Mind & Custom Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or custom specifications once production begins. This includes digital products delivered immediately.

However, if your item is faulty, misdescribed, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable Claims

We offer a return and refund policy for the following:

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

🚫 Unacceptable Claims

To maintain fairness and clarity, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Non-obvious colour variations due to material differences or screen-to-print shifts

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Sizing issues where the correct item was sent—please check size guides carefully before ordering

✨ Acrylic & Perspex Care

If your acrylic or Perspex product appears scratched or cloudy, it likely has a protective film.

  • Acrylic glass prints: film on the front

  • Perspex sheets: film on both sides
    Gently peel away to reveal the pristine surface beneath.

⚖️ Legal Statement

You acknowledge that all goods are custom-made and produced specifically for you. Other than where goods (including digital products) are faulty, you have no right to cancel or return. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

“Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of our store policy.”
