❌ Unacceptable Requests
In a rare case, but sometimes it does happen, we are only human after all.
• Color Variations: Due to the nature of our printing processes and the unique materials used, slight color differences between product and mockup may occur. These are not considered defects, and returns for color variation will not be accepted due to monitor settings.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping details are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or reshipment.
• Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please refer carefully to our size chart before placing your order.
✅ Acceptable Requests
• Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Verified errors on our part will be covered at our expense.
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll make it right.
• Incorrect Size Sent: If the size tag on your product or packaging does not match your order, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
